If you are referring to FXairguns USA, we are sorry for the late response. as a new start up we are overwhelmed, we just upgraded own customer database and added a new employee just to answer calls and emails. Please be patient as we are growing to provide better overall experience with FX airguns.
I have know doubt you are ironing out the process and will get a handle on it,i was just frustrated and I get impatient when I have a problem I don’t understand ....your reputation for doing outstanding work for the airgun community proceeds you sir,I will stand by and wait my turn.
