I got the Donnyfl Tatsu today. I ran both the stock Moderator and the Tatsu through the chronograph and tested it with a decibel meter. So far everything looks very good and it drop the volume about 7 to 10 dB. I’ll first post the chronograph readings when I first received the FX Wildcat Compact .25 and then the number from today with the stock Moderator and the Donnyfl Tatsu. I tried to set the chronograph about 1 foot away from the end of the barrel.

@Boghdoir, given the date you posted you probably already know, but yes, it just screws off. No Locktite or anything (unlike the Compatto I have). There are no baffles or any sound dampening material inside. Just a hollow tube a little larger in diameter than the shroud. I can't speak as to the other FX airguns with the stock moderator, but, on my Compact it does work, just not as well as the Huggett I have on it now.
