.25 pellet or .25 slug

Yeah if you need a high BC retained energy projectile at further distances. If you want more damage up close.

If you’re punching paper at 150 yards or less I’d stay with pellets but I’m trying to see .25 RBT 31.9 accuracy at 250-300 yards for paper. I do it just to read wind & see for fun. I’m gonna try 31 grain H&N Grizzlies also as they’re basically a HP cupped base slug with BC of 0.07.

James, how are those 31.9 RBT slugs working out for you? I couldn’t get them to shoot out of my gun but I sure wanted them to. His lighter slugs shot well out of my gun but he quit making the one’s that shot best. Too bad. Love to hear how they do.

One other thing, I tried the Grizzlies too. Really peculiar, they didn’t shoot out of my gun either but they looked and measured almost identical to the 30.5gr. Varmint Knocker which shot best out of all 30 slugs I tested in the 600mm .25 slug liner. The slug game is strange!!!
