Daystate Red Wolf - 25 or 22 cal

I've done a lot of rim fire shooting and from my experience 50 yard groups really don't tell you much. BUT if you can shoot an inch at a 100 and do it consistently you have a very good gun. I shot a .7 inch 10 shot group ONCE with my 54 MS but on an average it's about an 1 1/2, and unfortunately it shoots the super expensive stuff the best.

I'd love to shoot the red wolves side by side at 100 before buying. My suspicion is there probably is no clear winner and like with our rim fires there probably are more variations in one gun to the next then from caliber to caliber. UNLESS and this could be possible that the 22 pellets are just "better" then the 25's Good ammo and good barrels. Right?
