If you have a 25 call Air Ranger what pellets does your gun shoot the best. Don't have a lot of Daystate experience.

25 Air Ranger question.

JSB Exact Heavy Diabolo 33.95 gr. I get the best consistency with these and have had no flyers. The JSB 25.39 gr Exact Diabolo are a close second, I find a couple of flyers in each tin. At least from my gun. But to be honest, there are days its hard to tell the difference. So I go for heavy as 90% of my shooting is hunting.

No, actually I haven't. Kip at AofA did some test firing before he handed it over and told me the JSB shot the best. Showed me the groups. He actually said he got the best group with the lighter one. I got the best with the heavier one. I was thinking of trying the H&N Hunter extreme though, just haven't ordered any yet. I shoot the H&N Barracuda Match out of my .22 springer and its an absolute tack driver when I do my part.
Any how, Ive been doing so well with the JSB's, I just haven't tried anything else. On the bench at 50 yards I'm shooting nickle size groups. The pellet Gods came through one day and I shot a dime size, four shot group at 100. Haven't done that since, not for lack of trying though. usually a quarter size at 100, with a flyer that's my fault.
