Who makes one? Tired of working on or dealing with airgun issues. Is there a rock star out there?
.25/.30 caliber air gun for hunting little to no tinkering

I guess that the most trouble free guns out there are the Eastern European guns. I have a Vulcan2 Tactic in .25, a Uragan in .25 and a Cricket in .25. I do not have yet, but fully intend to get a Taipan Veteran sometime this year. The only troubles I have had with the Vulcans or the Cricket are related exclusively to the breech seals so if you don't mind playing around with putting in a new barrel oring once in awhile you'll probably be happy. An additional plus is that the Vulcans and Crickets are wonderfully accurate right out of the box. Yeah, I've got Marauders and an Impact and a Wildcat and a Edgun R5M … but mine (and I'm just talking about personal experience) do not come up to the Vulcans and the Cricket in terms of accuracy and the ability to take a lickin' and keep on tickin'

I’ll get grief for this but of all my pcp’s the ones I have had no issues with seriously are my Airforce talon’s and escapes they just work and work very well I might add!!!!

I love those Eastern European girls, but some of them are really heavy. If they work well and are accurate out of the box, I may give them a go.

If you want lightweight, check out the Leshiy. From what I hear, it’s Super Easy to work on. Available in wide range of calibers. .177 to .35. Inevitably they all require maintenance, but some require more than others. & some have Many points of failure.
I would also call Charlie at Georgia Airguns & ask him about the .30 Uragan & his service. Pretty sure he will re-seal the gun as long as you own it. Will cost ya 0 to check it out.

Got a Leshiy with all 8 barrels. For hunting birds and squirrels, for anything bigger, I prefer an available fast follow up shot.

Both of my Brococks have been trouble free and accurate right out the box. Zero tinkering around with mine.

Kalibrgun Cricket .25 have yet to touch a thing on her. I've had her for 2 yrs, previous owner had her for 5 yrs. Shoots stupid accurate and has done a lot of hunting the last couple years for me. Shoots almost anything I've put down the barrel well if not great and best of all no poi shifts.

+1 on the .25 Cricket. Mine is Power Tuned for 62fpe or so. Slings the Polymags at around 1000fps. Very reliable.

Seems like a lot of Cricket, Vulcan, Veteran Brocock, and Daystate fans. I remember when every recommend seemed to be FX.

I'd recommend the Vulcan2 in .25. Very accurate and shoots well off the shelf with no tuning or modifications required...

I have 2 edguns, Leshiy and an R5. First gen Wildcat and Cricket standard. R5 ia a .30 others are .25. Have not had any problems with any of them but then the only thing I'll mess with is a trigger adjustment.

Why are all the Eastern European guns so heavy, and synthetic stocked ones are heavier than wood? Eight pounds for a bare gun is a ten pound gun when scoped.
