22yd shot group

I am resting on a plastic stackable table/shelf thing only about a 1/8in lip is touching the gun then the part of the stock right next to the barrel is resting on an empty pellet tin. the pellets are crosman hollow points, I think I need heavier pellets.  If you could help me come up with a better set up I would appreciate it. I know this is not ideal and may even be the worst set up you've seen so I welcome any suggestions. Thanks.

I hope this helps. I use RWS superdomes in my crosman phantom 1000. They are 8.3gr and they really shrunk my groups down, I was shooting groups just like yours with the premier hollow points. One thing that may help is to rest the rifle on your hand instead of the table and keep it off your shoulder. Here is how I hold my rifle while kneeling but is the same idea when seated and standing. Also here is a picture of a 20yd group i got while seated, using the rws pellets and the hold In the pics.

Shooting a springer or nitro piston (same issues, juts a different power plant) is different from a PCP, and requires different technique. Tom Gaylord has written extensively about this and has a video link that explains how to improve shot groups with a springer.

Im using a hammers 3-9×32ao mil dot. Got it on amazon for around $50. Overall its a good scope. Does its job. It lacks a lot of features of higher priced scopes and the windage and elevation adjustments arent the easiest to work with. But again, cheap and accurate.

I agree with spash, try them both in your np. I know you have a phantom as well, Im not sure if i would shoot the 10.5gr out of the phantom. I have been told heavier pellets can cause excessive spring wear. Shouldnt be an issue in your np though.
