.22 cal Hades vs .25 and .30 JSB

I'm going to say YES, and add that a 70-80 yard shot is very rare in the squirrel woods I'm familiar with. A Hades leaving the muzzle at anything over 625fps will not only dispatch a squirrel/rabbit, it will also dispatch feral cats and raccoons at 50 yards.

If you're truly shooting 70 yards then velocity should probably be at a minimum of 760fps.

Personally I can only consistently hit a squirrel brain at 45+ if I am shooting from a bench rest and a comfortable stool.

Having all of these setups the hades and 25 kings are very similar in performance to each other on squirrels. I use my 22 with hades for more shots, less noise, and they tear a really nice hole. Now compared to my 25 shooting the heavy jsb on rock chuck and coon. The 25 still hits harder for sure. 30 is again a little better than my 25 but the 25 is easier to shoot and more accurate so the 30 doesn’t get used much.
