Thanks for posting this Dan, I couldn't stay to see this, had a 9 hour drive.

I guess I have the honor of coming in FLAT LAST in WFTF PCP..........something happened to the TM 1000, it was zeroed, then it wasn't, then it came back again. I used the Steyr the second day, and it wasn't perfectly zeroed, so I was just slinging those H&N Field Target Trophy's into the woods........the weekend was still better than sitting in NYC, looking at concrete!!!

Jack Harris and John Farbrother are excellent guys to hang out with, spent a lot of great moments with these guys over the weekend.

Glad I got to meet a lot of Nation posters, now I can put a face to your profile name, and it was a pleasure for me to meet every one of you. Also met Michael, who runs this site, couldn't find a nicer guy!!!

Thanks to Pyramyd Air, Val, Tyler, Kristen, and the entire Pyramyd crew, along with the vendors that made this a great event once again, even if i didn't do too good myself. Next year will probably be way better, and looking forward to it. Now, I have to regroup........

SlowTurtle,

I was trying, but being in the competition, and having stuff fail, my energy was directed to damage control of my equipment. If everything was working properly, I would have all this up. Over the weekend I had 79 emails that I didn't even look at till today.

I'll be going to 3 more Grand Prix events in the next 5 weeks, I'll post the results from those as well.

Sorry for the delay, below are pictures of the main prize. My wife got to try it out and approves!

Many thanks to Pyramyd Air folks for putting on such a great event, along with the sponsors that donated the prizes - FX Airguns, Utah Airguns, Saber Tactical (Sideshot and Donny FL). This is much more than I could have hoped for. A brief listing of all of the add-ons:

  • FX Impact in 22 with an awesome bronze Ceracoat finish - I might get the other parts done in this finish as it is sublime.
  • Midas TAC 4-16 Scope with FX No-Limits Mount
  • Side Shot Phone Mount
  • Donny FL Gold Moderator
  • Saber Reversible Cocking Setup - already switched to left side for high speed reloading (starlings beware)
  • Gold cocking handle
  • Saber Bottle Picatinny Mount
  • Bag Rider Bar
  • Saber Adjustable Cheek Piece
  • Saber Fully Adjustable Shoulder Hook
  • Sideshot High Capacity Magazine Setup

Not sure what the package would cost, but what an awesome prize for the event!

Wife shooting steelplinkers crow at 50 yards. Awesome groups without even setting it up yet. Only big down-side is that we went through 120 pellets in 15 to 20 minutes.
