Nice shot! Yeah - skunks can spray after being shot. Venomous snakes are even more dangerous. These things can bite HOURS after they have been shot dead... even if you chop off its head, the bite reflex can be triggered for hours. With a skunk its just disgusting smell. The snake thing is more dangerous. Its better to leave them until the next day or poke their head on a stick to dispose of em.

Agreed Pope-on Dope, I am glad to be rid of the skunk with a departing shot to the head and hole is now filled. Smiles here

Oh, hell yeah! I love this thing. The only draw back so far is every time I want to shoot, so does my wife & son
