Fussel, I worked that out. I love AGN again. You totally got 5 shots in 1 inch! Freakin awesome. Throwing a contest is harder than I thought. I forgot I would have to judge it too. That's hard. Next contest will have a set time like 30 days and then we can say the tightest group wins, and also the most shots inside MOA. I think you definitely beat me..but I just have to shoot a 100 yard group to confirm. It would be my first attempt...ever. So that would be crazy if I could do it. Probably won't happen though. -Nate

Nate, nah, it's only four shots under and inch it looks likes 5 shots, but that's just where the paper tore in between the two pellet holes. My fifth shot was way high.

Nate, I got more exercise than I've gotten in a long time today. Walked out to that 100 yd mark over a dozen times. The rest of the groups were to pitiful to waste space posting. Closer to 2" groups.

Tom, what's bad with me is I start out the gate shooting fairly well and just get worse and worse as the shooting progresses. I'm the same way shooting pool. Start out running the table and then it's miss, miss, miss?

I need to shoot my groups early in the morning. I think I do better then.

It was fun, and thanks for the push to get me outdoors and shooting Nate. I haven't shot the pup in a few months. She needed to get some exercise almost as bad as I did.

Won't be long and the mosquitoes and hot weather will be putting a dent in those 100 yd treks.

No photos I am afraid but one breathless summers morning I got 5 consecutive hits onto a 15mm (5/8”) spinner at 100 yards with a .177 theoben mfr shooting 8.4grn AA fields @790fps ( sub 12 fpe) 

The same morning my sub 12fpe .20 mfr (590fps) did an entire 12 shot magazine onto a 40mm spinner again at 100yards.

Sub 12fpe, the slightest wind and the pellets miss by feet.

We are having the last few days of fire season and had 40 mile per hour gusts today and 20+ sustained.

I'll play when I can shoot pellets.

Next time all should use a quarter as the target. 5 hits on the quarter wins. I have 1 with 2 bullet holes at 400 yd with my Savage 25-06 with 85 gr hand loads. Great shooting all. looking forward to next contest.

100 yards? Phhh... That's a group at 164 yards with FX Impact Gen 1. 25, JSB King Heavy 900 fps, Athlon Argos 8-34 set at 28x .

That's a half MOA. The one on the right was zeroing.

Indoors? Phhh... Lets see those groups (5 or 6, not just one) outside in the real world.

If everybody would shoot paper targets, it would be easier to see and measure. Kinda hard to see those shots on steel.
