I bought a used tactical 0db and it rattled badly inside. I returned it thinking it was broken loose inside. Bought another used one and was doing the same thing. I applied a little heat to the body and removed the cap. Found 2 o-rings to take up the play. Ended up putting large 0 ring in against the rear baffle and the smaller one was needed on end cap, if buying two - 3/4" inside i.d. should work. The large 1" o.d.
