Cleaned bbl, mounted 2-7 pistol scope. With jsb 8.4 1 pump=410. 2.=550, 3.= 640. Mail ran late and had little time to shoot. This thing is accurate. Target @ 15 yds which is zero distance.
If you ever want to try the .22 they have a (threaded) Ultra barrel here. I swapped my .22 ultra barrel with a .177 short barrel and was amazed at how accurate it is at 25 yards in .177. What shocked me was the Crosman Destroyers being it’s favorite pellet.
To answer L.Leon's question: I have a Zoraki ultra .177 and a moderator for it but there is no need to use the moderator indoors when shooting it with one pump. One pump, incidentally, is perfectly adequate (if not preferable) for 10m shooting. Indoors I use H&M match greens, a 5.25 gr alloy pellet. One pump sends them at 465 fps.
Well well, zoraki bbl od is 10 mm. Good old crosman is 11.05mm. Did the old beer can shim. Found this can in parts bin. Work like a charm. This is another option.
Great that you got your gun! They are wonderful guns, at one pump, for indoors for sure. I tried a pistol scope on my 600 but with the parallax set for 50 yards it did have enough of a parallax problem, at closer distances, that I figured it would likely affect accuracy. Something to think about open sights that you can't see that well or a scope that causes parallax errors. It's great getting old and having all of these choices? ;^)
I put about 2 tins of aa/jsb's 8.4's through my.177 ultra and just keeps getting better, super smooth trigger, great accuracy, the barrels are not too pellet picky either, very consistent velocity over the chrony, good bang for the buck pistol and by the way great shooting Shambozzie!!!
