Zero Tech scopes - who carries them?

amazon sells a few from zerotech site , they look like cheaper scopes when I read 92% light transmission I thought they were pricey but ones as the only scopes I own with this much light % is like my swarovski V8 or SBpm2 ultra bright , or ZCO I never saw one but if it is true its a heeck of a deal for $250 to $400 , it appears zero tech sells all kinds of stuff , and must just outsource scopes ?
