Umarex Zelos Question

I made a stupid mistake , and ruined my .22 cal Zelos beyond repair.
I just ordered a .25 cal Zelos from PA'S birthday sale. Here is my question.
If I wanted to use the .22 cal parts I have on hand " Which is everything except the receiver " could I use the .22 cal barrel , probe ect in my .25 to convert it to a .22 when I wanted. The only thing I'm not sure of is the transfer port alignment. When I get the .25 I was going to pull the barrel , and use my micrometer to see if was doable , so would anyone who might know before hand let me know if it is possible. Thanks OV.

I don't have the .22, but will take a guess. You should be able to do the parts swap without much issue. It is probably easier to go from the .25 back down to the .22. Keep in mind you will need the barrel, and pellet probe - along with the correct sized magazine.

I am fitting a different .22 barrel to one of my .25 actions, and see no issue with the swap. The only difference so far is the pellet probe diameter, and the size of the transfer port in the barrel. Location of the TP has remained the same as it was in the .25 bore.

Ok thanks LR_Plinker. Yep I drilled the plenum out , and tapped it to install guage there it never would stop leaking , so I decided to have a mig welder guy weld the hole shut which messed up the temper of the aluminum , and that was it ruined it.
Little pin hole air leaks kept popping up all over. Too dangerous to fill did not want to send a fragment through my eye. I just wish There were nice aftermarket receivers to buy in stainless lol.
