Umarex Zelos bottle conversion/regulator

I'm considering ordering a bottle conversion for the zelos. I have a few questions regarding the conversion.

1. What dictates the fill pressure? Example being that the tank in the attached picture is rated for 4500 psi but it looks like the guage only goes to 3500 psi.
2. Is the second regulator necessary or would the c88 machine adapter and a carbon tank suffice?
3. Again regarding fill pressures, I believe the factory tube is good for 3650 psi on the zelos, if i do the c88 machine adapter and a 4500psi bottle will i be able to fill to 4500psi or is there something else that dictates that?

Thanks for any responses to my questions, I'm relatively new to pcps and haven't done any tank swaps so I'm trying to get a better understanding of the limiting factors.

Oops hit the post
anyway you need to get it down to the 3600 at the highest. The Huben regulator is set up at 2600psi
if I remember correctly. I have it and a 580 cc bottle. I was using it with no problem but then got an
external plenum from the 88 machine guy. Took bottle off to install plenum and started having leaking
problems. I have since went back to the tube. I didn’t have a real need for the bottle and reg setup and
like the looks and feel of the tube better. The zelos is all tuned with JTS 25.39s and I have a Zulus night
scope on . It’s inside the back porch door ready for undesirable critters so my need for a lot of shots
has diminished

There's a guy on ebay selling a Chinese adapter/regulator and it comes with a "free" used bottle for 135. The bottle looks to be the aluminum bottle off the snow peak. I think I'll go that route and upgrade to the carbon bottle later. So if I'm understanding correctly I can fill the bottle to the rated 4500 psi as long as the bottle regulator is set to the 3650 (or less) working pressure of the zelos?

Sounds like it will work as long as the bottle is truly rated for 4500.
ill try to find the eBay add

Found the eBay add . That’s not a regulator and bottle ?
He has two different listing's. One is just the regulator and the other comes with the "free bottle". I messaged him just to confirm that it comes with the regulator, bottle, shims, etc and he said yes. There is a link to a YouTube video on it in his description for the listing with just the regulator.

I tried to find an adapter and couldn’t at the time.
This is the Huben. If you’re going to spend $135 on that regulator this might be an option.View attachment 569408
I wss going to go that route but the fact the other one comes with a bottle for the same price is enticing. No doubt the huben will be better quality though.
