Nice test for your hunting practice skills. Just move out to your shooting distance. 50 to 200 yds or whatever you choose. You make the arrangement. Your mission. "One shot, one kill". My finding. The wind is a "bitch". Good luck. Pull out the tack drivers and have at it.

Paintballs are 68 caliber, if I recall correctly. That is two-thirds of an inch, and one MOA at 66 yards. I made a wooden stand and drilled holes in the top cross-bar, then inserted golf tees in the holes. I place a paintball on each tee, and start shooting. I still laugh when I hear that wet "plop" sound when I nail one, and when the sun is right, I see an awesome burst of color. Shooting paintballs at any range is a challenge, and will make you a better shooter while bringing out the kid in you. Great idea you have here!

That’s definitely a great idea to test the first cold shot. At the start of a shooting session I always see if I can hit my smallest spinner with the first shot. Your idea lets you see where the miss went and makes it easier to read the wind.

I’ve done this at fifty yards, not easy, but very satisfying when you start hitting them! Got a box of 2000 that didn’t shoot well in my sons paintball guns.
