You may want to Watch This BEFORE you buy a FORTITUDE

Note: The PSI discrepancy refereed to below has been edited out, that video deleted, and a new video posted with the correct information. Thanks for looking out!

Crosman/Benjamin Fortitude Review and Accuracy Test

Click here for a review video on the all new Benjamin Fortitude Regulated PCP Rifle

ALSO: To all the guys who got a good laugh out of how I mounted my scope on the Fortitude – I knew there was a reason for it but I couldn't remember, then I got to the range (45 mins away) after changing it…the scope was not tall enough to allow me to put my magazine in the gun! So that's what I get for listening to a bunch of silly hearts.

P.S. Thank you for your comments and opinions!

Thanks for Watching -Nate

and NEVER put 300bar into that Benjamin. Not sure how you could get that one wrong as it even says "PSI x 1000" on the gauge itself.

You really need to put a disclaimer at the beginning of ALL you videos saying they are for entertainment purposes only before you get someone killed. From your first Fill Assembly video using 300psi parts you really haven't changed.

" question of his understanding. " of airguns right? He did mount the scope pointing in the correct direction this time, A-. ( it's a sliding scale)

These videos ( any/all homespun at least) should be strictly entertainment. Unfortunately it is a well know thing these days that "I saw it on the Internet" makes too many people think they "know " something.

Like maybe how to operate an airgun. We "learned" the Fortitude takes 300bar. So if your a person from another field who thinks 10% over is okay you can just open a 4,500psi bottle & fill er up, ya! Do NOT do this folks this is a 3,000PSI MAX rifle. Now if this hadent been pointed out to the OP before he posted this it would just be an ignorant mixup, but it was pointed out before posting here. That and another goof or two and the OP said (( different forum) maybe I should delete it. YES you should, or at LEAST go ahead and post a list of boo-boo's on your videos in the opening paragraph.

#1 "Basically a marauder" - you mean the similarity is they both have a clip? If it shares parts with others it the Maximus silly rabbit.

#2

# ... ... ... ... ... ....

Something like, - after making this I realized that if firing a scope mounted backwards do NOT look through the ocular lens while firing .

If you are new to airguns and watching video's do remember that the airgun information posted today on President Lincolns blog/video may or may not be accurate/correct. This is entertainment ONLY.

Now as long as you over look safety and a few other sensibility's and look at it as comedy ole Nate is starting to lead the pact in inadvertent comedy .

Hey guys. I appreciate a little constructive criticism. But your not allowed to say this about me:

Maineac: Sigh… Another clickbait video meant to earn YouTube revenue rather than provide actual information. This “review” is anything but. Don’t waste your time on this.

Not a review? Youtube revenue? How is this not a review? Because I wasn't paid by Crosman or provided a free gun? Wow...

Youtube's Airgun Channel is a Non Profit Airgun Channel : I don't Monetize my videos. Anyone who ever actually watched one would know that there is never an annoying commercial before or during any of my videos. That would earn me just $500 per 5 million views. That's pathetic! I would make alot more selling bow ties or pink socks in my videos.

Many people were confused when I started Youtube's Airgun Channel because they are not used to honest reviews and Youtubers who can't be bought. I guess some of that confusion remains. I finance Youtube's Airgun Channel by busting my ass in the hot sun. My channel has not been "parlayed for profit"..although 90% of the Gun Channels on Youtube are that way. Youtube's Airgun Channel is not, I have a day job. So I can basically say or do anything and I won't "loose my job". Also, my videos are geared toward people who are new to the sport, or just plain not as smart as you. So all you Super Nerds should give us a break.

The first few months of Youtube's Airgun Channel may have been amateur hour, but now I'm sitting on a gun that won't be released till Oct 2019. The only one in the U.S. (and not because I bought it from Krale this time.) Don't be hatin'. If you don't watch my videos now because of what you saw 6 months ago...your missing out. Youtube's AGC is a whole different animal now. and it will keep evolving.

You have no idea what's in store on Youtube's Airgun Channel. It's so off the hook, you wouldn't believe me if I told you. Its gonna blow your freakin mind!

I'm going to shoot 500 rounds through Mr. Fortitude today to see if the regulator will settle in. I hope it does. But if it still gets 20% fliers and 2 inch groups at 35 yards...then...that's a bummer.

P.S. I love you

COMING NEXT WEEK:

Scope height? Don't blame the Fortitude's performance at 35 yards on Scope height. Show me one video where someone got a better group at 35 yards with the Fortitude? Oh yeah...there isn't one... No one has shot it at more than 25 yards. (accept Tyler P. @ 45 yards)

I actually do know how to mount a scope. If I was planning on smoking you in Extreme Benchrest with that gun, I would have used a different mount.

Nate, to me you seem the any press is good, so be happy. This hobby video of yours has gotten more responses ( on several forums) than the last several combined - and that's with the pistol scope mounted backwards, a hard act to top-. And you have several well known knowledgeable airgun folks responding. Outstanding as it is all for fun but please remember it is all fun and games untill someone looses an eye. Safety first.

JMO here,

I think Maineac meant to say " I personally believe this video is at best a waste of time" and likely does not have you intricate knowledge of monetary returns via Internet activity ?

" give us a break ' ? You and the kittens?

" The first few months of Youtube's Airgun Channel may have been amateur hour, but now I'm sitting on a gun that won't be released till Oct 2019. The only one in the U.S. (and not because I bought it from Krale this time.) "

Again IMO it still is amateur hour with your videos.

Safety first. Maybe read the owners manual. "Borrow" less content from others. And while you channel is not monetized ( paid by the click) it seems you plans are moving right along.

I firmly believe people should think for them selves and be responsible for all of their own decisions however this may not be the case with 100% of the population these days.

Airguns are a heck of a lot of fun, good practice/training/other and people who enjoy being part of the "airgun community" should look out for others esp. new folks.

Hey well thanks to an above respond er I did find a good review ( note: I have not yet watched it in it's entirety so can not fully endorse it but the fellow seemed actually knowledgeable ) maybe something for folks to look at while making up thier own mind on the fortitude airgun:

John, Thanks for the kind words.

About amateur hour: I'm going pro today. (I got a new back ground and I read the instructions on my Chronograph).

So when you see the Evanix Max Air video on the way in an hour or so...you will see that I am now pro.

Please don't warn Ted and Steve about me. I for sure don't wan't Ted to know that I'm secretly training to beat him at EBR. And don't tell Steve he only has 33k subscribers.

Actually, Steve and Ted are my Hero's. You noticed I get my airgun stats from those guys and other videos? Busted! Now I have to raise my game again! Darn you guys!!!

Spysir is correct that I’m not privy to the financial workings of your specific YouTube channel. I made an assumption based on the quality of the content (both current and past) and how hard you’re pushing people to watch them.

I would take issue with your comment that you’re the ONLY honest reviewer out there. Sure, some of these guys get sponsorships and some videos on some channels play more like a commercial but the vast majority aren’t like that. If Ted and Matt are your hero’s then you should watch their stuff more closely and try to emulate that format because it works. Oh, and good luck winning EBR this year. 😂

I won't be at EBR this year. I won't emulate Ted and Matt's videos because I am Me. I'm going to be myself and do videos my way. Ted said in a speech that if you want to make it on youtube...don't copy someone else...do your own thing. I was already doing that, but I know it is good advice. One difference between my videos and other reviews...I don't sit in front of a camera, press record, and then make a video. My videos have 250-400+ "cuts" in them. Its a pain in the butt to edit (20 hours vs 2 hours) but the videos play more like a TV show or movie. Also, the star of all my videos is the gun, I don't make you look at my ugly face when your trying to get info on the gun you want.

Plus I know alot of celebrities . I am personal friends with Madonna, President Trump, Jack Black, and alot more. Most big people, in Hollywood at least, watch my channel. Alot of them want to be on the show. So you never know when one of my stupid reviews will go viral. I know what's coming on AGC, you all don't, so that's why I'm the one smiling right now. You will smiling be too..if you subscribe.

P.S. Maineiac: Your cool, thanks for the advice. I'll do my best to improve!
