Don't remember , long time ago (just googled it ) not worth eating and to expensive just to buy for targets . YMMV
 
You are trying to think of all the cheeses of the world that you reallllllly enjoyed but remember that a Webley Trophy pistol is in the basement absolutely screaming SHOOT ME! So over all that noise, what is your favorite cheese? On a pizza or not? I had some smoked cheese from a somewhat local grocery owned/operated by the Amish over in Jamesport, Misery. It was a good sized block of smoked Gouda cheese. And one of those I am not sure I care for until smoked.. The cheese kind of smoothes out the texture and the flavor. Aged Provolone is an acquired taste only good at room temp or hot. I love it but the family decries the smell of it. Yes it stinks, until it is eaten warm as I said. Oh my. There it is Boys and Girls, Be Well, Bandito. PS, yes, it takes a large pipe to smoke a two pound block of cheese, you jokers.(RZ)
