It is nothing more than an old Champion Sweat Shirt cut into strips, probably 4 or 5 layers and pull ties to keep everything from unraveling. LOL
It is hard to make it take water, so i use a squeeze bottle and press the nozzle against it and add pressure. it eventually soaks in. I am awaiting some Red Line water wetter to add to the mix. I did learn that distilled water does a much better job as it does not evaporate nearly as fast.
