Yong Heng trip breaker question

Probably that outlet is on a line with other appliances that have a high Amp draw or that outlet is a lonngggg way from the breaker. I'm assuming that it is on a 15amp breaker. I ran a dedicated 20amp outlet for my Yong Heng.
Did anything else turn off when the breaker tripped?

Always bad news starting HPA compressor under pressure, release pressure before re-setting breaker.

Thank you for responses. It is on a 20 amp breaker, but is far from panel. I had compressor, fan, radiator, and water pump on a three way cord on the same circuit. Will split them up and move closer to breaker.

I've had old breakers that just get weak and replaced with a new fresh one . My box and breakers are going on 20+ years. And been kinda replacing a few as I go . Especially the high load ones like laundry room / dryer was one. New breaker no more tripping ...
Anyway maybe a older weakened breaker and new fresh could resolve.

I also worry about the breaker. My Yong Heng, coolant pump, and fans on my radiator and for the YH motor are all plugged into a 15A power strip and it doesn't trip. But if it ever does (or the breaker trips) I will open the vent on the YH before resetting.

@KerrShoot more than likely it’s the extension cord you are using. The wire gauge is too small for the amperage. If you are using a 20amp circuit, you should get an extension cord with at least 12gauge wire. They cost a little more than thinner wire extensions but it’s safer and may fix your problem.

As others, stated likely a shared circuit with load on it, or possibly a bad breaker. Is the breaker AFCI or GFCI type? They don’t like motor loads. 15A/20A should be plenty capacity for all that, distance from panel is not an issue with 12AWG wire for quite some distance, especially in the typical residential size/layout.
