Yong heng problems

Hey guys my yong heng has filled one bottle so far and was foing great. Now the thing stops pressurizing at about 4000 psi and when i went to bleed off the screws one of them was not letting any air out. Has anyone here had that problem? Anyone know how to fix it? Im about to tear it apart. If anyone knows of a good tear down video i would be grateful. Ty

My guess would be debris in the manifold or unit .that is blocking the passage.

I was having water flow issues in mine so I took it apart and blew it out the components with my shop compressor. These compressors don't have the highest assembly standards.

Try taking it apart and cleaning it.

I had the same problem and found that the red pressure release valve was loose, check all your connections.

there is a guy on YouTube “sambo cotton” does a complete step by step tear down and rebuild on his Yong Heng it’s a very easy well made video to watch. Video is in several parts. Hope this is helpful to you
