Yong Heng problem. ANY IDEAS/SUGGESTIONS?

If you haven't already, hook everything up and pressurize the lines between Yong Heng and tank, with tank valve shut. Then turn it all off while still pressurized and see if you can hear a leak somewhere.
My hearing can't be depended upon (too many years of sitting in front of guitarists amps) that's why I check every single connection & joint with soapy water. I've already done that with tank valve closed, no leaks, no joy.

It sounds like a slow high pressure leak and the pump can keep up until the tank is connected/opened. My guess is one of the stainless lines using the furrel seal. They can be a real head banging process to stop leaking. And it's hard to tell if the water is boiling or air is leaking. Maybe use some oil on those connections th check for a leak.
