Yong Heng Parts Availability

Is anyone else having trouble getting their orders shipped from Aliexpress? I ordered spare parts from the Yong Heng Store on Aliexpress and they were shipped a month ago and tracking info shows that they are stalled somewhere in China. I received an email from Aliexpress today saying that the order will be closed so I entered a dispute. Just wondering if anyone else is having the same problem which could be due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

I ordered a new pressure gauge (don"t remember which Aliexpress vendor) back when C-19 started. It eventually showed up but took about 6 weeks. It shipped by e-packet. My package also showed that it sat in China for most of that time.

Thanks. Guess I'll just wait it out. I'd really like to have the spare parts in case I have a failure. The YH has been running strong for 3 years now topping off my three SCBA's.

I have some troubles at times as well things take from ten days to six weeks but they have always eventually got to me. As you said sometimes things just sit in China for several weeks at a time not moving at all.

Has anyone ever found a different source for the bleed valve seals? I just ordered an O-ring kit from China but I was wondering if there were any USA sources.

I needed a oil gasket and it took something like 2 months. Quick they aren't. The replacement piston took 2 months as well. Ali Express vendors tend to be a touch sloooooooooow

I had ordered something I don’t remember what but after 8 weeks I demanded and received a refund because the vendor wouldn’t respond. Sure enough a week later the parts arrive. I sent messages to the vendor to rebill me but they never did. I ended up sending what I owed via PayPal to the same account so I would have a clear conscience.

I usually get my AliExpress orders in about 3 weeks but this one has been in the same location since 5/16. It may get here eventually.

Don't take any notice of the tracking information. Sometimes it will show that the item hasn't left the country and be delivered the same day. The delays are more likely to be caused by the postal service and customs than slow shipping by the vendors. Out of over fifty transactions, I have never had an item that has failed to turn up. I think that about five weeks is the longest time that I have had to wait, here in Aus. Corvid 19 is having a huge influence on world commerce at the moment, so you will just need to be a little patient.

I placed an order back in March for small parts AliExpress. It took four weeks to get here. I was told by Wes at Airgun Archery Fun that delays in all postal shipments are due to the lack of passenger flights. My scope order from him (Canada) took a lot longer than usual. He has since switched over to DHL.

My last order was for two gauges and it took 8weeks or so the shipping info on the aliexpress website showed that they hadn't left china but they were sitting in my mailbox.

It's magic. I opened a dispute on Aliexpress and magically my parts turned up in the USA the next day. They are scheduled for delivery on Friday.

I recently received a replacement scope from Wes (Canada) via DHL and it only took 3 days. Wes is the best.
