Just got my YH delivery today. Of course, instructions suck. Traded out C temp gauge for Farenheit. What is the operating temperature range (in either C or F, I'll convert) Thanks in advance.

The last time I used my young thing I noticed that my temperature gauge wasn't working I can tell you what I do as a constant check while I'm filling tanks is I feel the output water if it's just lukewarm I think you're good. Mine has never gotten above bath water temperature. And when I switch to fill another tank I always let the output water run until it's cool before I start feeling the second tank. I don't know if you have to that's just all I do it in mine has work now for 3 years I think

If you are a bit overwhelmed by the metric system, I'll try to make it easy for you. Water freezes at 0 degrees Celsius and boils at 100 degrees Celsius, at sea level. Pretty simple, hay.

I suppose that water freezes under zero and melts above, What happens in between is anybody's guess.

I always tried to keep it below 60 C but that's just me. Mine still works but is put away as a backup to my Shoebox F10 .
