Yong Heng Official Store on Ali Express

I have never used ali express before, but I did recently purchase a Yong Heng 300 BAR high pressure electric air compressor 110v smart digital.



That was on April 2.

Today is April 12, and though my credit card was charged immediately, they still haven't even opened the order message, and ali express is about to automatically refund my money in about 4 hours.

I'm not sure if it is a scam or if they are just in a part of China under a draconian lock down, but either way, I've gotten 0 communications from them despite sending them maybe 4 or 5 messages over the last 5 or so days.

So, buyer beware. It looks like I will get my money back but not my time.

Well, the order expired without getting fulfilled, and aliexpress automatically refunded my money. So all I was deprived of was my money for 10 days.

Be careful using ali express. The chinese sellers know how to manipulate tracking and ali express doesn't always enforce their rules for the seller.

Thanks for the tip. I am not sure I will use it again. I have had some other shenanigans occur on my credit card, and less than ideal transactions for 2 out of 2 orders.
