They never push a lot of volume. By "isn't pushing much air" do you mean it won't build up pressure when you are trying to fill something? What are you filling up, your gun directly or a tank?

How old, ever overheated, did you check EVERY connection for leaks. Seems a leak is most likely so I'd double check every connection. Use a deadhead plug in the female foster to see if it will build pressure that way.

Do you have a plug for the fill whip? That can tell you if it is on the pump side or the gun side. If you plug the whip and the pressure comes up quickly then the issue is on the gun side. Bleeder valves closing properly?

mine did that and it was a leak in two place. One leak come from the my tank K-valve o-ring was bad and the second come from the brass screw ( don't know name ) on the right side. The screw had backed out from use.

If you have no other leaks you may want to check the high pressure check valve. It is on the high pressure outlet block under the fitting that the stainless line is connected to. It is simply a spring with a small piece of brass and a replaceable o-ring. When the o-ring wears or gets old and brittle the check valve will no longer function so the unit cannot build much in the way of air pressure. It's an easy fix.

Check the stainless steel lines for cracks and for leaks where they attach. Seems I recall another person with a hard line that cracked. Maybe it was with a Hatsan Lightning but it sure sounds familiar and could just as easily occur with a YH.

Ok, the o-ring was bad, so I replaced. Still not working. I did notice something, that little circle at the top, right over piston. I did not along the holes, could that be the issue?

If you are talking about this and did not align the holes correctly you will get little to no pressure.

That "little thing" inside the o-ring is a one-way valve if I recall correctly. It must be positioned correctly and clean. Make sure there is no hard deposit buildup on it. I assume you did check the hard lines themselves for cracking?

That O ring is just to prevent compressed air flowing back to the compressor. The compressor will still work without that O ring because the reed valve on the top of the 2nd stage cylinder will do the job.

If you have moved that reed valve blade it's likely that you have positioned it incorrectly. There is no alignment pins or anything alike to govern it's orientation. I have made such mistake once.

My Yong Heng has failed to build up pressure for a number of times and ALL were found to be caused by leakage. Soapy water can only detect relatively small leaks. If the leak is big, the water will simply be blown away giving no chance for bubbles to be formed. I would suggest you to turn off the compressor and listen for leaks first. You will need to do it in a quiet place.

Mine failed to build high pressure and was tracked down to the high pressure side blow off needle valve was not tight enough and was leaking. There is a small exit hole under the square aluminum block. Place your finger over that hole to feel if air is escaping there. If so, tighten the black knob more and it should stop leaking.

You probably have over tightened it resulting in the "needle" going through the hole of the delrin seal. I have made such mistake before. You may consider replacing that seal with spare that came with the Yong Heng. Normally the bleed valve does not require much force to get it closed.
