So when I was getting done filling today I went to bleed the pump down and shut it off and there was a popping sound and several little pieces of soft foam shot out the fill nipple. If anyone has any idea what this was all about or if it has happened to you as well please chime in and let me know. It only has 2.5 hrs on it. Oil level is good. Never got it hot. Trying to keep this one going for a while. Thanks in advance.

I looked at the parts diagram and couldn't find the water separator. It blew out of the aluminum piece with the drain cock. Oh boy here we go again.

Had the same thing happen once. It was a piece of the cotton from the output filter on the high pressure end. It did not cause any harm. I now purge the moisture on the high pressure side in short bursts instead on one long burst. Has not happened again since.

That's what happened to mine. You need to Teflon tape that sucker and tighten it down properly. Watch out for the crush seals because if your not careful they won't seal again the second time. You don't want to tighten them too much. Do them snug and try it if it leaks tighten a little more and repeat if necessary. The replacement parts are 15 bucks on Ali express but they take 3 months to get here. I would order them now just for the future.

Piece of cotton from filter A was pushed backwards thru high pressure moisture purge block by air flowing from filters B and C during purge.

Now I get it. I bet that's exactly what happened! Thanks guys. I was using a different style filter today. My big Tuxing molecular sieve filter had one of the ends seize up on it so I was using a mega air one that I have. Man I was literally sick to my stomach over it. Yup I'm addicted!!!!!!
