Yong Heng Continuing to Cycle On and Off

Yong Heng has begun cycling again. Runs for a couple of minutes then cuts off - after 15-20-30 seconds it starts again by itself. I’ve replaced the relay again and also replaced the automatic cutoff air gauge - still happens. All wires are tight. Yong Heng does not have a thermal cutoff and temps are low. Any thoughts? Starting and stopping the YH under high pressure is also really not good for the unit.
I did that for almost a year probably 20-30 times. I shot it OFF to cool down and started back ON without purging out the pressure. Worked just fine.
And then onse I had a user error (no oil after oil change), I rebuilt the YH with a new cylinder+piston kit, probably due to increased frictions between new parts - it won't start under pressure the first 4-5 hours until the piston rings burn-in.

Power question. Are you on an extension cord. If so, how long, what gauge. Power drop off can cause the motor to get hot and shut off. It cools for a couple minutes and comes back on. Happened to mine when weather was very hot. Short and heavy gauge cords are best if you must run an extension. Maybe look for an Air Conditioner extension and be as close to the mains as possible.

I'm plugged directly into a dedicated 20 amp circuit - nothing else on that circuit. Head temp never over 46C. Just timed the behavior. Ran for a minute and 20 seconds, then cut off for 29 seconds. Restarted by itself and ran for a minute 12 seconds. Cut off then restarted after 30 seconds. Ran for 52 seconds then cut off again - end of test. By the way, I have another Yong Heng - same model - and it operates normally. Still stumped!
