Anyone use their YH with a power inverter hooked to their truck battery? I was thinking with the right inverter I could crank the truck run the compressor and water pump on the inverter.

Huge power draw on startup, I’m thinking it’s possible but probably not with an inverter from harbor freight.

Not all converters like electric motors. And yes the startup power is high. You need something that can handle 2.5kW plus for startup. Don't use it without the truck running....
