y axis has run out

I am using a new to me AGN HD pro 5x20 and I’m shooting really short distances at night….. like 50-60’. I get it, I can’t move the reticle past a certain point so my current “zero”. Is like 3mil dots low. Is there anything I can do to actually zero this scope or is this the best I can do? If this is it…. I have an AGN 5x20 scope for sale or trade for a less powerful scope like 3x??? Thanks all for any info I can get.

Angled scope mounts will center the reticle. Or shim the scope with plastic in the rings. Should be lots of discussion if you use search. 20 minutes of angle pretty standard for angled risers etc.
