The rifle is being sold without the ATN scope and without the bipod.
There is nothing wrong with the rifle and it is in as good as new condition. I have only taken it out to the range once. Tack sharp and very impressive. I am happy to include all .35 ammo I have. Some JSB and some NSA .93gr
