Here is an as-new HM1000 in .177. It is extremely accurate, consistent with the RAW history. I bought this rifle new from RAW, thinking of FT competition. As my airgunning has evolved, the FT competition has not happened. I do mostly casual target shooting/plinking, and hunting, and this one just sits. These rifles are built like a tank, and any air gunsmith will attest to their reliability, accuracy, and ease of maintenance. I will accept $1,500 plus shipping, and the price is firm. Yes, it is very quiet. I live with close neighbors (and closer squirrels), and no one has ever heard it. As you probably know, suppressors don't just lessen the volume, but change the nature of the sound too, although all do not have the same result. I have a suppressor on a Steyr rifle that is as quiet as the RAW. But, the Steyr report has a "pop" quality to it that could be recognized as some kind of shot, if heard. The RAW moderator does a good job of changing the quality of the sound so that it does not sound like a low volume shot, but a low volume something else, if that makes sense.
