Benjamin 397 multi-pump (.177) purchased used late in 2018. The gun is in good condition and, as 397s go, has a very nice dark wood stock. Three pumps gives you shots around 400 fps for indoor shooting, 10 pumps will give you 700+ fps and enough power for pesting or plinking beyond 30 yards if your eyes will allow it. Standard Benji 39X open sights with good range of adjustment available. Gun has been kept lubed and the trigger worked over for acceptable performance.

There is only one noticeable mark on the stock where a prior owner filled a nick near the top of the pump arm. The gun shoots very well with CPHPs in 7.9 gr at 25 yards. Price is $75 plus $10 for shared shipping cost to anywhere in the CONUS. I take PayPal and will cover the PP fee, or USPS Money Order.

@eulrich1 (Bill), I took the action out of the stock and lubed the trigger with moly after polishing the points of contact with a Dremel-type tool. The trigger is still stiff compared to a Mrod or even a mid-level spring rifle but it is consistent without any grittiness. As I said in the OP, it shoots very well at 25 yards with CPHPs at 7.9 grains and H&N FFTs at 8.64 grains. Had it out yesterday (Sunday) in 10 mph wind shooting at 25 yards in my backyard and was hitting within 3/4" using open sights. Of note, that was on 3 pumps in order to keep the noise down (fairly tight confines in my neighborhood).
