The longer story:
This rifle was my baby when I bought it years ago, it is the rifle that really kicked off my love of PCPs. It is incredibly smooth, and has been extremely accurate and very reliable. Super slick and smooth action (better than either of my FX Crowns), crisp trigger, and accurate out of either the SST or the magazines. And that stock is just gorgeously done. (I think Minelli makes them? don't quote me on that.) I really love it. Unfortunately, it doesn't get the use it deserves anymore, so it is time to pass it along to someone else. The gun is unregulated, but shoots in the mid 800s with JSB 18.13s and has a remarkably long shot string. There are two flaws worth noting on the rifle. Pictures below of both. The first are a couple marks on the stock from using a Harris style bipod. The second are two mars on the shroud (which I've put blackening on) from my original efforts to remove the shroud. Both are not obvious to the casual observer, however I used harsh lighting to really make them pop so that you can see them very clearly in the photography. Otherwise though the rifle is in fantastic shape, and has been very well cared for. It includes the original fill adapter with a foster probe I attached on the end for easy and convenient filling. Remeber this rifle has its own built-in sintered bronze air filter as well.
The two moderators are something I built myself, but this was long before I did all my current moderator testing/research. They still do an admirable job of cutting the bark off the muzzle. I'm tossing them in because they're UNF male designs that thread directly into the shroud and aren't compatible with anything else. Think of them as freebies, since they weren't really made with the expectation anyone else would ever use them. By modern carbon-work standards they're a little rough around the edges, as they still have the roll-wrapping markings on the outside. They are high end structural carbon though, 80% longitudinal under twill, the good aerospace stuff.
The scope is a Hawke SFP with mildot reticle. SFP scopes are only true mildot at specific magnifications, on this it is 10x and 20x nominally, however these are never quite right. So I took the time to set up markers and shoot ladder groups at 100 yards to find TRUE 10x and marked it on the ring so I could shoot with confidence in my DOPE. And, again, I shot ladder groups to confirm it and it is calibrated at that power now.
Regarding shipping, I need an address to calculate exact shipping, but I will only charge you actual shipping and insurance costs, carrier of your choice. The whole thing ships in a brand new Plano hard case I bought specifically for this sale to safely get the rifle from me to you.
Thanks for looking. Any questions fire away!
