This is the non-regulated .22 FAC model. I hand picked the walnut stock and it really is a looker. The stock is immaculate, as I kept the gun in the beech stock whenever taking it outside the house.
There is a light pencil mark on the adjuster markings where I indicated where I kept it for indoor shooting. Besides that the rifle is in perfect condition.
