Been trying for SIX DAYS to get through to AD. All I want to do is cancel an order that's been on back order for 3 months. I get that it's Christmas time & probably bat sh-t crazy there but I'm getting really pissed. Left numerous phone messages & emails but am getting nowhere. This is a time sensitive issue as we're moving in a week. Has anyone else found it impossible to deal with a human being there instead of a recording? They're real quick to take our $ when the item isn't even in stock. UA had what I wanted in stock so that's who got my business (and respect). Anyone else having problems (or regrets)?
Editing this because AS I HIT "SUBMIT POST" recieved an email from AD confirming they canceled my order. Thought it was only fair to post this after bitching about them.
