WOW!-I'm Impressed with FX Customer Service

Last Thursday, I had a problem with my FX rifle and sent an email to FX Support on Friday to ask for advice. I thought that since most of the staff was in Arizona for EBR, no one would get back to me for two weeks. Well, surprise, surprise! I got an email this morning (Monday) advising me to call back or they would call me at my convenience and discuss the matter with a technician. I did call and talked to a lovely young lady, Summer, who transferred me to a tech and helped me solve my problem. I haven't started that yet, but I just wanted to say how impressed I was with this service. Customer service is one thing that I hold in high regard and FX is tops. Thanks, and keep up the good work.
