I'm a FT pretender. Actually, I do pretty well but just don't attend very often. Kids got in the way for a few years and I just haven't gotten back in the swing since time freed up. But while I'm om a limited budget, I am retired and need/want something to do besides cut grass and drink beerÂ
yes I have other options but... I am planning to attend the next DIFTA FT match so we'll see how that goes.
While I've not been able to get ahold of an example of the course of fire that NRL22 appears to publish in advance of the matches, I have seen the basic target set. Not cheap but not crazy, plus construction of the barricades and benches..... Seems to the novice (me) that these shoots could be done at many FT locations, or in my case my back yard, but only for airguns. Organized shooting ranges are a rare breed around me and the only one I've found that does NRL22 is limited to military/law enforcement and the public (generally) cant join or attend.
Just looking for thoughts. I'd like to contact them about using their format for AG shoots even if they woudn't consider them as official results.
