Would be nice to see some competitive slug guns in N50 Sportsman class this year

I’m hoping to see some guys give the Rimfire guns a run for their money with slugs and air. Pellet guns can hang with the factory Rimfires on a light day, but lose ground pretty quickly when the wind comes up.

I think guys are gonna need good accuracy with slugs in the 40gr range to be able to keep up.

Anybody got something going that is consistent enough to shoot in the 743-747 range reliably?

I think that’s what it’s going to take to get alongside the factory rimfires.

following….can’t wait to see some input. 

I can occasionally shoot some low-mid 240 N50 cards with both RAW and Safari .22 HP with 25G KO’s ( Safari) and 25g MRDs in the RAW. 

But, 743-747 range is in a whole different league so I’m anxious to see what might be possible for others who shoot air rifles and N50 cards.
