My biggest problem is that you can miss the circular target and hit the pivot arm and make it spin. As you did in the video. That makes the actual target much larger than ½ inch.

I'm not certain that is a "problem", after all you can refresh the paint and see where you hit. Less than ten bucks? Doesn't seem like a big problem, but to each his own. Have an awesome day!
