Sitting here waiting for another shot after already getting nine gs and two deer walk by
They are all babies and quite short bus. Swore, a couple weeks back, that I would 'save some for seed' but I CANNOT resist popping them.
I cut my truckload of wood, with them nearby, then moved to a quiet area to let the woodpile chill and popped 2 at property edge, back to wood pile popped 3, over the barn popped 7, exiting by the outhouse 1.
It was super cool seeing the two doe and finally seeing where a plane had made a crash landing, 100 yards short of the runway. I'd seen the plane before from 5 or 600 yards and wondered why it was always there, now I know.
It's an airport / airpark.

One of them took a shoulder hit and the leg was dangling / flopping in not-natural directions when I recovered it. Owee.
The amount of gymnastics from headshots is amazing... "10" scores all the way.

More damage that I've seen with domed pellets. Were you using slugs or a pellet that expanded?

I hit one low and the innerds became outerds, quite the gore... I thought of sending you a text pic but decided not, too much gore on that one.
