Mid Sept, then late Sept, now I see mid Oct. I want to shoot the new one before the Ice is hanging on my nose. Also wondering if the hold up might be NEW ?? like several barrel choices with the Continuum. Like 380mm 500mm 600mm or 700mm get two your choice.

What gun and config did you order and from where? I see that PA had some 600 MM Impact units in stock the other day in 25 and 30 and the 700 MM configurations are still showing Sept 23rd... their Crown Cont. expected ship-dates are still mid September for the most part. Some calibers and configurations are showing October but most are still September. I have a 30 Caliber 700 MM impact in silver coming.. if the expected ship date holds it will be about 6 weeks from order to door...

Since pre-orders eat up 95% of the incoming FX stock, the way to get a rifle in a reasonable amount of time is of course to pre-order one! Watching those availability dates is a moving target because they come in to retailers like PA and go out almost immediately to pre-orders. Occasionally you will see a specific caliber of a specific model in stock for like half a day, then they're gone. Once I pre-ordered my Impact Mk II.30 a few months ago, it took about 4 weeks to get a call about being ready to ship and charge my account.

Mine including scope is paid for 2 weeks ago. Continuum .22 and xtra slug 700mm barrel with upgrade Mod and ATN 5-20 with range finder. Got it all from one place so there is no pointing fingers if something is wrong, hope there is not but one never knows.

Just hate to see mid winter delivery.

Pre order is best. They don’t charge your card until they have it ready to ship. Impacts seem to be the most popular. They’ve had Wildcat Compacts in stock for a few days now:

The FX Dream-Pup bottle in .30 has just arrived in Wilmington. It will be used for my night shooting. We will see how it performs. Good luck on the guns you fellows are waiting on.
