Daystate Wolverine R v.s. Wolverine R High Power

I have a .22 caliber Daystate Wolverine R and was wondering if the difference between the regular power version and the high power one was just in the tune or are there differences in parts (hammer, hammer spring, plenum etc)?

I've extended my shooting range out from 55 to 128 yards and am thinking about heavier pellets and possibly slugs for longer range shooting. I'm considering upgrading my Wolverine R to a HP.

You get a 23” barrel vs the 17” on the regular. It helps get the velocity higher.

30 fpe in non HP vs 45 in the HP...... Larger barrel increase fps.

Non HP is shorter and easier to handle. But the difference in fpe indeed helps.

The HP barrels are not only longer, they have polygonal rifling and different twist rates vs. the non-HP barrels.

The twist rate for the .22 HP is 1:18, the .25 HP is 1:30
