Go for........"Neither"........get your self on the RAW Rapid Air Weapons Waiting list.......best rifles EVER made. 

Look into the RAW HM1000x in either LRT or thumbhole stock. There are a lot of vids available on youtube. If you still can't decide.....then go for an FX Impact X, i love mine : )

Peskadot, in UK fac rated rifles require a slot for a moderator, hence fac powered airguns don't come with a moderator, you have to purchase it separately if your fac certificate provides for it. Strange law as no way of knowing if an airgun moderator is for sub 12 or fac but the law is the law. Also no issues with moderators for shotguns but I ain't going to argue about this as love my wee hushpower 410.

Dhart just moved three airguns out to pay for the Wolverine R so the wife can't complain if another two new ones creep back in. Would love a sub 12flb 177 huntsman, will maybe try picking one up second hand once my wallet has recovered

I love my Red Wolf HP .22. But would also really enjoy a lower powered .177 for paper punching in the back yard. Low power, very quiet, mild little .177 pellets. I think my next rifle will probably be a Huntsman Regal in .177 with a big fat moderator on the end. Price is reasonable and the rifle is excellent!

I have old style bantam and love it great price and is as accurate as all the other 1500 guns iv owned 22 cal

I have what I think is a perfect " low power backyard gun". Bantam in .177 that AOA built for me @ 12 fte. On full power it's right at 13 fte. On med. it's right around 10 fte. And on low it's right @ 6fte. Gun is quiet and super accurate and the best part is it gets 240 shots per fill. The gun shoots 3/8" @ 30 yards all day and loves H&N FTT 8.64 go figure.
