Ordered a few parts from them for a few reasons.
1. Couldn’t find them on EdgunWest website.
2. I’m from Spain so why not support them.
3. Had ordered from them before without issues.
Provided them the part number along with schematic from their own website. 2 weeks later the order ships, another week later the order arrives. 1 Wrong part and 1 defective part.
The one part that I spent all my time sending pictures and schematics, wrong. I even wrote to them in Spanish to avoid mistakes.
Sent several emails and WhatsApp messages and all ignored, they went silent.
Opened a PayPal complaint and got their attention right away. They immediately responded and shipped replacements. They still haven’t informed me that replacements are on the way. I just happened to be notified by the “Shop” app and DHL.
It really sucks because I had a completely different opinion about them and saw them as very reliable. But after my incident and reading another members negative review about them, I wouldn’t trust them again.
