Here’s one for you deep thinkers out there. If cold air (teens F) is denser than warm air, is it not logical to assume that a cold winter cross wind would have a greater affect on pellet trajectory than wind of the same speed in the summer? Thanks, just looking for excuses.…Uj

Maybe.. i think that to low humidity dry air vs high humidity . Id think the water vapor in the air got to be more dense. ?

I can see the difference when the air is colder. The Strelok Pro app changes the numbers based on the very reasons that you suspect. That app will look at the internet or your Bluetoothed weather station through your phone, if set up to do so.

Humid air is less dense than dry air, as water vapour is less dense than air. If you try it in any air density calculator, you can see the difference.

Humidity will determine the air density. I would think cold retards the spring and grease lowering velocity which might effect accuracy with a given pellet.
