Window sill shooting rest/bag?

Hey all,
Does anybody know of a nice shooting rest/bag that works well on a window sill when pesting out of a window? I've been using a towel and am thinking there's gotta be something better.

Plinker - The Caldwell dead shot is a nice looking portable solution. What are the pieces that the rifle actually rest in/on made of? Is it hard plastic or rubber lined (soft)?

@Terry - I also use one of those monkey bags, very flexible and multipurpose bargain. I also use it to shoot springers effectively. just don't shoot your window sill! . Your wife will not be happy.

Mick-VA rubber rests on the ends. Everything is adjustable including length between rests for your specific gun and weight distribution for balance. Rotates and tilts so infinite shooting positions. Legs can lengthen independently for irregular terrain. Very steady for long shots with camera. Folds up small with carry handle. Aluminum so light.
