the best one = lots of $$$ each. you can make some for a few cents or $ when you get good with those then maybe invest on high $$$

+1 on what beerthief said. Trail tape and wooden dowels or use a coat hanger will get you in the game on the cheap.

I don't shoot competitive airgun (no matches any where near close to me) but wanted a single vane/flag for my home 50yd range.

I did a lot of looking and thought this outfit was the best deal for a complete setup.

However, I didn't want to pay that much so I made my own vane/flag for a few bucks (had most of the stuff in the garage). It works great and was pretty simple to build if you are 'handy' at all.

I’ve used and seen a lot of different flags at matches and (for me) I prefer Wick’s style dual vane flags to be superior to all other designs. The dual vanes provide more feedback, at less than full value wind, ie quartering winds, that aren’t as easy to see on single vane flags.
