Wind and the ground

Today we had 11 mph winds I set up with the Wind at 11 o’clock me facing 12, gun was shooting nickel groups the night before ,dead calm off shooting sticks it’s a cayden in 22,most shots were high and right couple nicked bull couple right but bull high, and a couple way out there shooting jsb 25at 30 yds using 30 yd challenge target, turned my shooting situation 180 shot from where my target was wind coming from5 o’clock, this time 177 8.4 gr hn outa my brocock, this gun shoots clover leaves hole in hole at 30 no problem, first shot 5 in high next 4 all at least three high. Started shooting rest of targets all high when I got to bottom targets I extended my bipod legs to clear grass wow dropped groups 1 inch lower, ive been shooting these prone in grass got bucket and shooting sticks and at least was hitting targets, grabbed other gun same thing, moral of the story closer you shoot to the ground on windy days the more it effects your bullets
